Farahay. PPA Vice President for Anita Zweering, Secretary<\/p>\n<div class=\"inner41\">\n<h5>Meeting called to order<\/h5>\n<p>Tom Lusch  PPA President called the meeting to order at 8:00 PM. A quorum was established.<\/p>\n<h5>Secretary\u2019s Report<\/h5>\n<p>It was moved seconded and approved to waive the Secretary\u2019s report.<\/p>\n<h5>Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/h5>\n<p>It was moved seconded and approved to waive the Treasurer\u2019s report.<\/p>\n<h5>Unfinished Business<\/h5>\n<p>No unfinished business was discussed.<\/p>\n<h5>New Business<\/h5>\n<p>A slate of officers was presented.<\/p>\n<p>For President George Farahay.<\/p>\n<p>For Vice President Bill Scharff.<\/p>\n<p>For Treasurer Bob Brown.<\/p>\n<p>For Secretary Casey Granger.<\/p>\n<p>All have been contacted and have agreed to serve.<\/p>\n<p>Nominations from the floor were asked none being heard the officers were elected by voice vote.<\/p>\n<p>A slate of Trustees was presented to replace retiring Trustees Jim Williams and Bob Brown.<\/p>\n<p>Greg Casagrande has been contacted and agreed to serve in the first position.<\/p>\n<p>Ed Bannen has been contacted and agreed to serve in the second position.<\/p>\n<p>Nominations from the floor were asked for, none being heard the Trustees were elected by voice vote.<\/p>\n<p>Tom thanked the retiring Trustees and Officers for their service to PPA.<\/p>\n<h5>Adjournment<\/h5>\n<p>Motion to adjourn was made and seconded the motion passed .<\/p>\n<p>The meeting was adjourned at 8:07 PM.<\/p>\n<p>George P.
