A quorum was established.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"abt_lst\">\n<li><span><strong>Trustees Present<\/strong><\/span> <span><strong>Others Present<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Roy Cottrill<\/span> <span>George Farahay, President<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Jerry Isbell<\/span> <span>Bill Scharff, Vice-President<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Curt Hiser<\/span> <span>Robert Brown, Treasurer<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Ed Bannen<\/span> <span>Casey Granger, Secretary<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>James Holt<\/span> <span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Robert Tessman<\/span> <span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Greg Casagrande<\/span> <span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Trustees Absent<\/h5>\n<p>None<\/p>\n<h5>Secretary\u2019s Report<\/h5>\n<p>The reading of the Secretary\u2019s report was waived.<\/p>\n<h5>Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/h5>\n<p>The reading of the Treasurer\u2019s report was waived.<\/p>\n<h5>Old Business<\/h5>\n<p>No old business was discussed.<\/p>\n<h5>New Business<\/h5>\n<p>The main objective of this meeting was to elect the upcoming year\u2019s PPA Officers.  An announcement was made for volunteers and\/or nominations from the floor.  Seeing none, the slate of officers were presented as follows: Bill Scharff selected for the position of President.  Casey Granger selected for Vice-President. Richard Wodell selected for Secretary, and Robert Brown selected as Treasurer.  A motion to accept the slate of officers as presented was made. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
