Farahay. PPA Vice President for Anita Zweering, Secretary<\/p>\n<div class=\"inner41\">\n<h5>Meeting called to order<\/h5>\n<p>Tom Lusch, PPA President called the meeting to order at 8:15 PM. A quorum was established.<\/p>\n<h5>Secretary\u2019s Report<\/h5>\n<p>The minutes of the 2011 Annual meeting were read and hearing no additions or corrections were approved as read.<\/p>\n<h5>Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/h5>\n<p>Bob Brown presented the Treasurer\u2019s Report. He reported a beginning balance of $2031.50 on January 1, 2011 and an ending balance of 2263.79 on December 31, 2011 (<a href=\"http:\/\/propilots.org\/index.php\/2011-ppa-treasurers-report\/\">see attached report for details<\/a>) The report was accepted.<\/p>\n<h5>Unfinished Business<\/h5>\n<p>Jim Holt brought up the YAA donation we had previously discussed. He moved we donate $200.00 second by Ken Ramos, the motion passed The COPAMA scholarship donation was also discussed.<\/p>\n<p>Roy Cottrill moved we continue the $1000.00 donation provided a $1000.00 minimum balance is maintained in the treasury account second by Curt Hiser the motion passed.\n<\/p>\n<h5>New Business<\/h5>\n<p>Ideas for future meeting sponsorships were discussed<\/p>\n<h5>Adjournment<\/h5>\n<p>Roy Cottrill moved to adjourn, motion passed . Meeting was adjourned at 8:35PM.<br \/>\nGeorge P.
