Annual Business Meeting 2012

Meeting called to order

Tom Lusch, PPA President called the meeting to order at 8:15 PM. A quorum was established.

Secretary’s Report

The minutes of the 2011 Annual meeting were read and hearing no additions or corrections were approved as read.

Treasurer’s Report

Bob Brown presented the Treasurer’s Report. He reported a beginning balance of $2031.50 on January 1, 2011 and an ending balance of 2263.79 on December 31, 2011 (see attached report for details) The report was accepted.

Unfinished Business

Jim Holt brought up the YAA donation we had previously discussed. He moved we donate $200.00 second by Ken Ramos, the motion passed The COPAMA scholarship donation was also discussed.

Roy Cottrill moved we continue the $1000.00 donation provided a $1000.00 minimum balance is maintained in the treasury account second by Curt Hiser the motion passed.

New Business

Ideas for future meeting sponsorships were discussed
