Norman A. Trapp, 96, husband of Mary Jo Hyer Trapp, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, died Friday, August 12, 2016, at 7:50 a.m. at his home.
A private graveside service for Mr. Trapp will held in the Brown’s Chapel Cemetery near Clarksburg under the direction the Kirkpatrick Funeral Home in New Holland.
Norm had been a pilot for the John W. Galbreath & Co. flight department, World War II B-17 pilot, and PPA member.
Norm flew 28 missions in the B-17 and received the Distinguished Flying Cross.
